OUR INNOVATION FRAMEWORK: THE "PHYGITAL" ADVANTAGE
For us, efficiency and impact guide every coin we spend. We utilize a "Phygital" Hybrid Delivery Model across all projects:
How We do it..
- We Observe & Listen: We work side-by-side with women, youth, and traditional leaders to uncover the true root causes of vulnerability.
- We Co-Design with Systems: We never build duplicate or competing frameworks. We co-locate our projects directly within existing public healthcare, school, and government infrastructures—maximizing your funding’s Return on Investment (ROI) and ensuring local ownership.
- We Accelerate via Tech (ODK): We leverage Open Data Kit (ODK) and mobile tools for real-time field reporting. This gives our team instant visibility to make quick, life-saving adjustments and provides our investors with absolute, data-backed transparency.
- We Build Coalitions: We convert our project data into powerful advocacy toolkits, building civil society coalitions that turn local success stories into permanent state and national policies.
ONGOING INTERVENTIONS & INNOVATIONS
These feature our current, live portfolios showcasing active, tech-driven, and system-strengthening models.
Our Strategic Focus: The Human Capital & Policy Nexus
1. The SCAPP & KADMAM Project
- In Partnership With: BudgIT & The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
- The Core Mission: Ensuring public health resources reach the frontlines where they are needed most. This project aims to strengthen citizen and community voice and participation in PHC advocacy and accountability processes (service delivery, financing, and infrastructure) in 200 communities with PHC presence in Kaduna State.
- The Carelink Innovation: We are bridging the gap between high-level budget data and grassroots realities. By training communities to track public health spending, we create accountability, optimize local clinic resources, and ensure that health allocations translate directly into better maternal care and child nutrition.
2. Community-Led Monitoring (CLM)
- Our Strategic Focus: System Resiliency & Community Voice
- In Partnership With: ACOMIN/Institute for Human Virology in Nigeria (IHVN)_The Global Fund Supported Intervention
- The Core Mission: Strengthening community-led health systems and creating resilient, sustainable frameworks for health (CSS/RSSH).
- The Carelink Innovation: We have turned community members into active quality-assurance managers of their own healthcare. Using agile feedback loops, everyday citizens audit their local clinics, identify delivery gaps, and work hand-in-hand with facility managers to improve healthcare delivery.
3. Resilient & Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH)
- Our Strategic Focus: The Health & Structural Inclusion Nexus
- In Partnership With: Civil Society in Malaria Control, Immunization, and Nutrition (ACOMIN), Network of People Living With HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (NEPWHAN) National Action Committee on AIDS (NACA)/CRS Malaria Project
- The Core Mission: Wiping out preventable burdens of Malaria, Malnutrition, and Vaccine-Preventable Diseases.
- The Carelink Innovation: We are integrating malaria prevention directly with nutritional surveillance. By embedding community health influencers into local networks, we simultaneously track child stunting, distribute long-lasting insecticide-treated nets, and drive behavioral change campaigns—treating the whole child, not just the single disease.
